How It Got Started

Hi. I’m Miki Markovich. Five Minute Zen started as a personal journey for meaning, enlightenment, peace and joy. Sure, I’ve gone to school, quite a bit actually and I’ve studied lots of things. However, it took a string of tremendous losses for me to begin this spiritual quest. Seeking answers, depth and moments of breathing in the wild air, I took a step forward, asked for help, found resources and here we are. I invite you to take what you need, share your wisdom and let your light shine.
